This application is developed and maintained by independent developers (hereinafter referred to as the “Developers”). Quot-X AI provides access to informational tools, analytical features, and automated trading assistance strictly under the terms and conditions described herein.
Quot-X AI is provided as-is, without any guarantees of profitability or financial results. By using this Service, the user (individual or legal entity, hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms of Service.
Developer — independent developers who created and maintain the Quot-X AI application.
Client — any individual or legal entity using the Service under this Agreement.
Service — the Quot-X AI software product, including analytical tools, signals, and automation features.
Device — any device that allows access to the Service (computer, mobile device, browser, etc.).
Trading Platform — an online electronic system that provides real-time market quotes and trading functionality.
Quot-X AI interacts with the Quotex trading platform.
2.1 Under this Agreement, the Developers provide the Client with access to the Service, which may include:
2.2 All trading operations, account management, deposits, withdrawals, and financial transactions are provided exclusively by the trading platform and are governed by its own agreements and policies.
3.1 Auto-trading refers to the execution of trades using algorithms and AI logic configured by the Client.
3.2 All automated actions are performed strictly according to the parameters selected by the Client.
3.3 The Service does not guarantee profit, loss prevention, or successful account management.
3.4 The Client must continuously monitor auto-trading activity and may disable it at any time.
3.5 Auto-trading may operate in the background and may provide notifications in various formats depending on the device and platform.
3.6 The Client is strongly advised to test all automated features using a demo account before enabling real trading.
3.7 By enabling auto-trading on a real account, the Client acknowledges the high financial risk involved.
3.8 The Client bears full responsibility for any financial, material, or other losses resulting from the use of auto-trading or AI features.
4.1 The Client has the right to use the Service in accordance with this Agreement.
4.2 The Client may terminate this Agreement at any time by discontinuing use of the Service.
4.3 The Client may receive informational updates related to the Service.
4.4 The Client acknowledges that any trading account activation and funding are performed solely on the trading platform.
4.5 The Client assumes all risks related to unauthorized access to their trading account.
4.6 The Client is solely responsible for all actions performed using the Service.
4.7 The Developers are not responsible for technical failures, connectivity issues, device malfunctions,
or third-party service interruptions.
4.8 The Client confirms that they are legally permitted to use trading services under the laws of their country of residence.
4.9 The Client confirms that they are of legal age and have full legal capacity.
4.10 The Client confirms acceptance of the trading platform’s own terms and conditions.
4.11 The Developers reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service at any time.
4.12 The Developers may involve third parties to improve or support the Service.
4.13 The Developers shall fulfill obligations strictly within the scope of this Agreement.
5.1 By accessing or using the Service, the Client confirms acceptance of this Agreement in full.
6.1 The Service may reference third-party platforms for informational and integration purposes only.
6.2 Quot-X AI is an independent software product and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by,
or representing any trading platform.
7.1 The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7.2 Trading involves significant financial risk. Past performance, signals, or AI-generated analysis
do not guarantee future results. By using the Service, the Client confirms full understanding and acceptance of all associated risks.
